Determining Your Stress Level

We’re now ready to get a feel for just how much stress you’re experiencing. There are so many factors that go into stress, it can be difficult determining just how much of it you’re feeling. Of course, not all stress is bad, so what we’re really doing is trying to get a handle on the stress that is causing you problems.
Remember our ABC analysis? It’s not just the things in our environment that cause us stress, but it includes how we react to those things as well as how we deal with the consequences. Let’s start there, with an
expanded ABC analysis, before we go on to other measures of stress.
