Possible Solutions – What Works for You?

There are a myriad of possible activities to help reduce or eliminate your stress. The key is to find those that agree with you and that you will use. Some may be focused on eliminating the number of activating events in your life. Others may help you change your beliefs – the thoughts that cause you to react the way you do. Finally, there are activities that can help you minimize the consequences to your stress.
